Terms of Service

You must be able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction to use the Services. If you use the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

You may use the Services only in compliance with these Terms and applicable law. You agree not to misuse the Services—for example, by attempting to probe, scan, or test vulnerabilities without authorization; interfere with other users; reverse engineer where prohibited; or use automated means in a way that strains or disrupts our infrastructure.

Some features may require an account. You are responsible for safeguarding credentials and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

The Services may integrate third-party offerings (including maps, analytics, or messaging). Your use of those offerings may be subject to separate provider terms and privacy policies.

You are responsible for how you use charging locations and for complying with local laws, site rules, and operator instructions. ElectricQ provides informational tools and does not operate charging hardware.

ElectricQ and its licensors retain all rights in the Services, branding, and content. Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Services.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ELECTRICQ DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ELECTRICQ AND ITS AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICES IN THE SIX (6) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (IF NO FEES APPLIED).

We may modify these Terms from time to time. We will post updates on this page and revise the "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
